Check out this cool Zombie piece, entitled “Zombie Playground” by artist Jason Chan:

"Zombie Playground"
Love the Kid Zombies; love the weapons: the slingshot, the bat, the garbage can lid as shield!
Nicely done!

Stumbled upon another fun zombie-related item recently:

What a terrific premise for a game!
On one side, a seemingly unstoppable horde of lumbering, brain-dead, flesh-eating corpses, and on the other, an army comprised of cute, anthropomorphic flowers and plants.

I was conducting research online for an upcoming zombie-related project when I stumbled upon these:
In a word: awesome.
The Lego Zombies are the work of artist Andrew Bell of DYZPLASTIC based in NYC.
The Zombies are actually quite large – 19″ tall and made of painted plastic, metal, and resin.
I especially enjoy the little details: the Lego-style font and logo, the painted-on ribs showing through the first Zombie, and the severed hand of the second. Also, it’s very subtle, but the second Zombie’s hand is upside-down; perhaps the poor guy got his hand wrenched the wrong way at some point before turning…

What a terrific title!

…and what a terrific premise for a video game:
Fairy tale land has been invaded by the living dead, and it’s up to Little Red Riding Hood and Japanese folk tale hero Momotaro (an unlikely ally if ever there was one…) to conquer the undead hordes using anything and everything they can get their hands on! Machine guns, bombs, ninja stars, grenade launchers, and, I can only assume given the title, flamethrowers?
If our intrepid heroes fail, they’ll join the rest of their zombie fairy tale brethren in an “unhappy ever afterlife!”
(Formerly one of the Three Little Pigs)
The game itself is more-or-less a basic top-down shooter with players using the Nintendo DS Stlyus to move around the screen and attack enemies as they appear…
