Some crazy Japanese guy (with a lot of spare time on his hands and a really twisted sense of humor) created an insanely difficult Super Mario World hack called Kaizo Mario, or Asshole Mario as it’s more commonly known stateside, then recorded his friend’s attempts to pass the game.
Just to give you an idea how infuriatingly hard the game is, here’s a clip taken from Stage 3 of the sequel, Asshole Mario 2:

Not all of the videos are edited very well, so you may want to skip ahead past the more repetitive bits, but they’re all pretty entertaining. The later levels are incredibly inventive. Also, evil.
