Wow. 

Already looking forward to watching this movie, and now after seeing the latest trailer, Iron Man has now become a “must-see, wait-in-line-on-opening day” film. 

Looks like it’s going to be lots of fun. 

I’m impressed.  Very impressed.  The latest trailer kicks an obscene amount of ass, and I’m sure lots of folks who maybe weren’t sold on the film or were unfamiliar with the Marvel Comics hero are going to consider checking it out after watching this trailer.

I loved Robert Downey, Jr.’s casting from the get-go. 

The trailer gives away a lot of really funny lines, (hopefully, there’s plenty more where those came from) but it’s great to see how Tony Stark’s (Iron Man’s alter ego) charming and incorrigible nature really comes through in the dialogue and, of course, through Robert Downey, Jr.’s acting. 

Judging by the trailer, I don’t think we’ve seen most of the really cool action sequences either.

On a side note, I’m particularly glad that the somewhat dodgy effects used in the Superbowl TV ad have been touched up for the trailer.  (I wrote about the TV spot here.) 

Can’t wait until we get a glimpse of the upcoming Hulk reboot as well…
